Ensuring the security of sensitive functions on our POS terminals, such as refunds and other critical operations, requires careful management of the default password. To change this password through our backoffice platform, follow these steps:
Access the backoffice platform.
In the left menu, select Settings.
Click on Stores.
Choose the relevant unit or establishment.
Go to Actions.
Select the Terminal Password option.
Set a new password for the POS terminal.
