Troubleshooting POS Connection Issues

If your POS terminal isn't connecting, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:

1. Check Your Network Connection

  • Confirm if your POS terminal is connected via 4G (Vodafone).

  • Ensure both Wi-Fi and 4G are not active at the same time.

2. Switch to 4G Only

  • Turn off the Wi-Fi connection and rely solely on 4G to check if the connection issue persists.

3. Share Your Mobile Settings

  • If the problem continues, take a photo of your terminal's mobile settings, especially the "Point of Access > APN connections" section.

  • Send the image to our support team for further assistance.
