Why didn’t I receive the notification of the payment status?

  1. Communication Errors or Internet Connection Issues:

    Unstable internet connections, especially over Wi-Fi, can delay notifications or transaction updates on the dashboard or app. Ensure your internet connection is stable and try refreshing the page.

  2. Technical Glitches:

    Occasional system glitches can delay or prevent payment status updates. These issues often resolve automatically within a short time. If the problem persists, further investigation may be necessary.

  3. Transaction Type:

    Understanding whether the transaction was made online or via a POS terminal is crucial:

    • For Online Transactions:

    Verify that your webhooks are correctly configured. Improperly set webhooks can lead to missing notifications or transactions not appearing on the dashboard. Double-check your settings.

    • For POS Transactions:

    If the transaction was processed through a POS terminal, ensure it's properly synced with the system. Poor synchronization can result in missing transaction data on the dashboard or app.
