1. Commissions
According to the agreement established with Paybyrd, commissions can be charged in two ways:
✅ By direct debit, where the commission is charged directly at the end of the month, leaving the daily transaction totals unchanged on your statement; or
✅ Automatically subtracted from the total transactions on the last business day of the month, so the amount you receive already has the commission deducted.
2. Refunds and Pre-Authorizations
If there are refunds, pre-authorizations that were not captured, or canceled transactions, these amounts are subtracted from the total credited to your account.
3. Transactions Processed After the Closing
The shift or batch closing usually occurs at midnight. Transactions made after this time may be included in the next closing, creating a difference between the total transactions and the amount actually credited.
How to check?
We recommend checking:
🔍 If there were any refunds or pre-authorizations not captured during the period;
🔍 If commissions were deducted from the account according to the agreed model;
🔍 If transactions were included in the correct closing.
